Jena L. Bell
Jena is a Certified Life Coach, International Speaker and Entrepreneur. She is a former Senior HealthcareExecutive with 30 years corporate experience advising and representing clients on diverse business and government contracting issues to achieve the best business outcomes. She is a motivational speaker, retreat leader and a trained group facilitator specializing in creating transformational experiences. She has coached and developed high performing teams achieving record success and served as a coach to professional colleagues and associates for over 20 years.
She was the first female and African American to lead a $29 billion, national health program which served over 5 million members nation-wide. Under her leadership, she was instrumental in transforming business processes, developing and implementing a digital strategy to enhance the member experience, and oversaw the design and execution of multi-year strategic plans achieving record business and financial results. She is a visionary and strategist with the ability to help others move beyond their circumstances and unlock their possibilities whether in business or personal growth endeavors. Her perspectives as a life coach come from successfully overcoming the many setbacks that served to push her forward to live a purpose-driven and fulfilling life helping others. She believes that every person has been called to serve a purpose and is gifted with unique talents that when harmonized, leads to greater possibilities.
She is a native of Texas, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA-AccountIng, certified public accountant, certified life coach, entrepreneur and mom. She is CEO and Founder of J Coach International, LLC, (life and business coaching practice) J Solutions Group (Real Estate Investment Company) and J Kids Foundation ( a non-profit organization). She is also co-designer of the Costa Rica This Is Your Moment Girlfriends Retreat (Women’s empowerment and personal restorative destination retreats). She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and the National Association of Professional Women.
